Embroidery.

At Focal Image all of the embroidery is done in house. Designs can be taken from anything such as a hand drawing to a corporate logo.

Embroidery gives a professional look to any workwear, is highly durable and allows the production of a detailed and colourful logo.

For embroidery we take the design you want  which is then made to a specialised format for the embroidery machine, we run a sample of the embroidery on fabric for approval, once approved we will complete the order.

Textile Printing.

Here at Focal Image we offer a variety of different printing techniques. For full colour photos or images we can use a heat  transfer process which allows us to print large full colour images onto white garments or for full colour images onto dark garments we can use a process known as digital colour cut, this is ideal for full colour images for back prints on items such as hiviz vests. Both of these processes require a high quality image to ensure a good quality reproduction.

Our most popular printing process is vinyl film printing which is perfect for small or large text as well as large size designs and those that include up to three colours.

It comes in block colours and is suitable for a variety of purposes from one offs to large orders of workwear.

New to our range of printing techniques for 2015 is di sub process which dyes the fabric this allows full colour printing onto polyester or polyester coated garments from tee shirts to glass chopping boards.

Designs can include text, images or both. We recommend a high quality image is required for the best reproduction.

Work wear.

We supply work and safety wear to an array of jobs; indoor workwear can range from office wear such as shirts and blouse to casual wear such as polo shirts, tee shirts and sweat shirts and outdoor wear ranging from waterproofs, hi-viz jackets and trousers.

A large range of these products can be personalised with your company logo in a variety of different ways. For simple or complex breast logo we would recommend embroidery for a high quality and professional finish.

For large text and designs for backs of garments or hiviz we would recommend our vinyl film printing.
This is a hard wearing print with a sharp and bold finish.

Signs & Banners.

At Focal Image we offer a wide variety of signage for a variety of purposes. We are able to create and supply a large number of signage that range from window stickers, magnetics, banners, roller banners, pavement signs up to full size shop signs.

We make all signs to your specification and also provide a fitting service.

We hold a large range of health and safety signs in store and also offer the service to custom design them especially to suit your requirements. The health and safety signs are produced in the correct colours to conform to UK legalisation and can be made to any size, the signs are available as stickers or on hard board. Banners can be provided in plain text or as full colour images to any required size.

We also offer a service of date/time changes at a small cost to enable the re use of banners which may be required for ongoing monthly/yearly events such as school fetes.
